  • Processing + Shipping Total Time: 15–24 business days

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on your location and external factors.


3. Shipping Costs

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email.

Please allow 2–5 days for tracking information to update in the system.

7. Incorrect Address / Failed Delivery

Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout.

We are not responsible for:

  • Orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer

If a package is returned to us, additional shipping fees may apply for resending.


8. Lost or Stolen Packages

Snuggle Tots is not liable for lost or stolen packages confirmed as delivered by the carrier.

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at:
